With us, you have access to a team of designers and developers through a flexible and scalable monthly subscription that you can pause / cancel whenever you need to, especially when you don’t have enough work to allocate for us.
There’s no limit! You’ll be able to provide as many requests as you want. They’ll be worked on and delivered one at a time.
Smaller requests will typically take a 1-2 business days (or less!), and larger requests such as web design and development may take longer.
When you subscribe to a plan, you’ll be sent a private client portal serving as your one-stop-shop for all the things you would need to efficiently work with us.
This includes a design board, which you can request designs on, and a ticket submission function for our support team.
You’ll also be able to track the requests you’ve submitted (and we’ve delivered) over the course of our partnership, to determine if you’re using our service to its full potential.
When you don’t have enough work for us to do (say halfway through the month), you can request a pause of the services through our client portal.
Billing will be paused until you resume it, and you’ll have the remaining amount of business days to use whenever you’d like.
No problem! We’ll continue to iterate until you’re 100% satisfied. Our designs are bespoke, customized to your company profile and unique requirements. We also have a network of partner designers that we work with to deliver more advanced design requests.
If you're truly not satisfied with our service due to experiencing consistent delays in receiving your designs, we'll issue you a refund for that month's subscription. Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
